What to include in an enquiry
Enquiry checklist
The more of this we receive up front, the faster and more accurate the costing.
- Product & category
Style type, fabric preference and target market — for example a garment-dyed heavyweight tee for UK retail.
- Tech pack or reference
Spec sheets, measurement charts, artwork or a physical reference garment we can counter-sample.
- Quantities
Estimated units per style and per colour. Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per colour.
- Target price & Incoterm
Landed target and whether you buy FOB, CIF or DDP.
- Delivery window
Sampling takes 10–15 days; bulk runs 45–75 days from approved PP sample.
- Compliance needs
Any required certification — OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, SEDEX — or nominated inspection agency.
