Fabric performance, evidenced
Moisture management, pilling, colourfastness to perspiration and dimensional stability are tested per lot against ISO and AATCC methods. Reports ship with the goods, not on request.
Sublimation and kit numbering
Full-panel sublimation prints before cutting, so graphics run across seams without break. Player names and numbers are handled as a finishing operation with per-unit verification.
Seam construction choices
Flatlock for skin contact, bonded seams for aero and abrasion zones, laser-cut edges where a hem would show. We spec these per panel with you rather than applying one construction across the garment.
