Digitising is the whole job

An embroidery file is a construction drawing: stitch direction, density, underlay and pull compensation decide whether a logo sits flat or puckers. We digitise in-house and sew a physical strike-off on your bulk fabric before approval.

Machine and hand, side by side

Multi-head machines handle repeat logo and monogram work at volume. Bead, sequin and zardozi are worked by hand on frame, with piece rates and hours recorded per garment for transparent costing.

Safety after embellishment

Every embellished garment passes needle and metal detection after finishing, and pull-tests are run on beadwork and sequin to confirm attachment strength before packing.
